While working on various projects, I faced several challenges that pushed me to think creatively and strategically. One of the key challenges was optimizing complex workflows to enhance efficiency while ensuring they remained user-friendly. Managing large datasets across systems like Salesforce and SAP and ensuring seamless integration was a demanding task. I also had to work on fostering user adoption for new technologies, which involved training and onboarding. Aligning cross-functional teams to meet dynamic business objectives and maintaining data accuracy across platforms were also significant hurdles I had to overcome.
